Conversion: Verified 19 polygon features in layer 3 (Traditional Deer Reduction Zones). These are special permit/additional harvest zones (Sep 15-Jan 31) for deer population reduction, NOT general statewide hunt units. Import labeled as special-permit-hunt-areas only. County-based boundaries for Lake, Porter, and other counties. Also available: layer 0 (Bounding Roads), layers 1-2 (Corridors), layer 4 (State Properties).
License/source notes: Official Indiana DNR / gisdata.in.gov FeatureServer; verified 2026-05-12. Zones represent additional deer harvest opportunity areas with extra permits beyond standard regulations.
