Conversion: Verified 12 deer management zone values (zones 101-112) expressed as 234 polygon features (sub-zone multipolygons) via Socrata GeoJSON endpoint. The dataset the_geom field uses WGS84 MultiPolygon coordinates. Import via socrata_geojson kind. Label as Nova Scotia Deer Management Zones (special permit/draw hunt area). Note: deer zones 101-112 may be draw/special permit areas rather than general statewide hunt units per Jonathan mapping standard.
